STOPflood produce a range of different pump stations for domestic or commercial use. These include sub floor sump pumps which self activate during flood conditions. They are installed at the lowest point in a floor to collect and disperse any rising water. We also install exterior sump pumps, mains sewerage pumping units, collection pits and basement pumping units.

Cavity pump stations are used to disperse any flood water that enters the space between your outer and inner walls. This can be automatically or manually activated. Although very effective at keeping the wall space free from water the cavity wall pump should only be used as back up for your main flood prevention measures and not as flood protection in and of it’s self.

STOPflood apply a water proof coating to exterior walls to prevent water seepage through brickwork or masonry. Vulnerable rooms that hold valuables or expensive equipment can be completely protected by “TANKING”. This process involves installing a new floor and new wall coverings that contain a water proof membrane. Any doors and windows to the room would also be flood proofed.
