Laing O'Rourke came to us with a list of functions and restrictions that the window would be required perform and overcome. Rather than adapting an already unsuitable window, we invented a new and altogether revolutionary window system. That, as you may already know, was the SafeVent window system.

It will be coming to a secure building near you soon. 

As you can see this SECURE UNIT HOSPITAL could be a school or  office building. There are no outward signs of the building's true purpose. This is a bonus, as the windows prime function is to give the patient control over his or her natural ventilation and outside sound levels while allowing a high level of security.
